Questions about P60

How much protein do I get?

Over 60 g in the pouch, in every flavour. With 330 ml protein milk it is about 80 g. With 300 ml Greek yoghurt about 85 g.

Can I use Greek yoghurt instead of protein milk?

Yes. With 300 ml Greek yoghurt you get about 85 g protein.

Can I eat P60 without milk?

Yes, with oat drink, soya drink or yoghurt. You get less protein than with protein milk: about 65 g with 330 ml oat drink and about 75 g with 330 ml soya drink.

What are Protons?

Small baked protein puffs of soya, wheat, linseed, oats and bran. I bake them myself in Bergen. The protein comes from soya protein isolate and wheat gluten.

How many pouches should I eat?

No more than 2 a day. Most people replace breakfast or lunch. The nutrition check works out what you need.

Which vitamins and minerals do I get?

From the food in the pouch: vitamin B1, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper and selenium. From the protein milk as well: vitamin B2, vitamin B12 and iodine. Each of them covers at least 15% of the reference intake per meal with 330 ml protein milk. I don’t add vitamins. You get vitamin D from cod liver oil or a supplement in winter.

What is P60?

150 g of real food in one pouch: Protons, small baked protein puffs of soya, wheat, linseed, oats and bran, with nuts, berries or chocolate. Over 60 g protein in the pouch, 80 g with 330 ml protein milk.

How much protein and fibre is in one pouch?

Over 60 g protein and about 14 g fibre in the pouch. With 330 ml protein milk it is about 80 g protein.

Can I eat P60 for lunch at work?

Yes. Bring the pouch, and pour it into a bowl with protein milk or yoghurt when you eat. You don’t need a microwave.

Which allergens?

All flavours: soya, gluten (wheat and oats) and milk. Chocolate & Hazelnut: also hazelnuts and walnuts. Peanut & Caramel: also peanuts. Cranberry & White Chocolate: also walnuts. May contain traces of peanuts and other nuts, sesame and sulphites.

What is a good high-protein breakfast?

A breakfast with at least 25–30 g protein. Two slices of wholemeal bread with cheese give about 13 g, and 2 eggs with bread and cheese give 26 g. Quark, cottage cheese or Greek yoghurt take you past 30 g. P60 with protein milk gives 80 g. Five breakfasts, worked out.
