Baked in Bergen
My name is Jakub. I wanted a proper meal with enough protein, without a shake and without cooking. So I started baking it myself.

What if I don’t like the taste?
The tasting pack only costs you the shipping, and you get that back on your first order. If you don’t like the taste, email me within 30 days of receiving the pouches. You get the NOK 79 back, and you don’t have to say why.
When do I get it?
The first batch ships at the end of November. You get an email before we send it. We bake in small batches, so the first 100 get theirs first.
What does it cost afterwards?
NOK 55 per pouch. Free shipping from NOK 500. 5% off from NOK 1,000, 10% from NOK 1,500. No commitment. See the packs.
Why soya and wheat?
Soya protein is rich in lysine, and wheat gluten is rich in the sulphur amino acids methionine and cysteine. Together they complement each other. Both can be baked, so the protein is in the food and not in a shake.
Is it ultra-processed?
Partly, and I’ll say it straight. The protein comes from soya protein isolate and wheat gluten, which are processed ingredients. The rest is minimally processed: oat flour, bran, linseed and the flavour (nuts, berries or chocolate). Plus a little syrup, inulin, potato starch, salt and raising agent. I bake everything myself in Bergen, without oil and without sweeteners. The sweetness comes from a thin glaze of syrup.
